style is the essential lifestyle guide for women in country NSW – a bimonthly glossy magazine focusing on people and events, beauty and fashion, homes and gardens, food and wine, as well as travel and leisure.
We focus on the important issues affecting women in regional and rural areas with features and profiles on their lifestyles, experiences and aspirations.
Our mission is to promote business and reinvigorate ideas in country communities, giving women ownership of their lifestyle and pride in their region.
style magazine was a concept developed by Condobolin-born Jacqui Greig who, having worked on magazines in Sydney, fell in love with a farmer from Tottenham and made the move back to Central West NSW. Not being a nurse or a teacher, and with cooking skills as dubious as her tractor driving ones, Jacqui took the leap into publishing with the first issue of style magazine hitting newsagent shelves in September of 2006.
From here, the modest magazine has grown in leaps and bounds, with recent issues reflecting a 35% increase in newsagent sales. As of January 2009, the style office has made an 18-month move to Forbes, with Jacqui very excited to explore her new boutique-filled hometown!
